Sue Breadner
New Home Sales has been Sue’s primary focus throughout her 25-year Career.
From her early passion of designing Homes and then furthering her education and career to apply her talent, Sue has the vision required to work with Clients and Builders to deliver an incredible new home experience!
Lisa Kurtz
Lisa is a Sales Assistant and Administrator at TDI with an extensive background in Real Estate/Property Management and is a pleasure to have on Our Team!
She is very competent coordinating with Clients and the Build Team, knowing we can customize plans to make sure you get the home that works best for you!
Lisa’s formal education is in business management, but we also know her other passion is preparing specialty cuisine.
Paul Breadner
Paul is a Real Estate Professional with a background in Project Management who has enjoyed working with Sue managing New Home projects at TDI for a number of years and is very excited about our new properties.
In addition to being part of the New Home Sales Team, Paul also coordinates some of the New Home Build process at TDI.
Kirby Heckford
Heckford is no stranger to Tillsonburg. He was born and raised here. Being the third generation of family business owners in this town, he takes pride in building within his community. Kirby is the proud owner of Tillsonburg Glass & Mirror, which he has taken over from his father, and his father before that.
